With over a decade behind the lens, and a countless number of photos taken, I created Poetria to share my love and art with everyone that might feel connected with it.  For me, photography means connection — with one another, with nature, and with parts of yourself. "I had a fantastic experience being photographed by Mel, who, besides being an incredible photographer, is an extremely kind and lovely person. My experience started wonderfully even before the photoshoot itself, when Mel introduced me to a stunning place that looked like it had come straight out of a dream.

When it was time to take the photos, I was genuinely happy and amazed by the beauty of everything I was seeing, and I think that shines through in Mel’s photos.
